Meeting Times and Dues

Our classes are held in the RH Johnson Social Hall
Monday, Wednesday & Friday from 7:50 a.m. to 8:35 a.m.

Annual dues are only $5.00 — what a bargain!

The Energetic Exercise Club meets three times a week, rain or shine, to stretch, bend and move our bodies as directed by a recorded exercise routine.  In addition to standing moves, we also use a floor mat and a PVC pole, cut to the length of your outstretched arms.

What People Are Saying…

“I like Energetic Exercise because it is easy on my joints and I can adapt to the exercises with a chair for my bad back.” — Mona M.

“I like Energetic Exercise because there is no judgment. Everybody does the exercise at their own pace and to the best of their ability.” — Karen T.

“Energetic Exercise gives me the encouragement to keep going and know that I am not alone.” — Janice S.

“The program always leaves me feeling better. I’ve never met a more friendly, encouraging or supportive group.” — Bruce H.

“Energetic Exercise keeps me flexible and feeling healthy. It gets me up, out of the house, and meeting with nice friends. Oh, at $5 per year it leaves my bank account intact.” — Billie C.

Mats

Mats are used in class for floor exercises, but remember, you can exercise on a chair if the floor is too difficult.

Exercise Poles

3/4″ or 1″ PVC (Irrigation) pipe purchased at a local hardware store provides a very sturdy tool. We can cut to length and attach ends during the club hour for you if you need it.
